The space
You’ll stay in a private, lockable room with hypoallergenic bedding for a good night’s sleep. A coffee maker and a refrigerator are available to make your stay as pleasant as possible. There are no kitchen facilities, but right outside the door is a bus stop—just 20 steps away—that will take you comfortably to all the important places.

Upon request, I’d be happy to prepare packed lunches for hikes for 15 euros per person—ideal if you want to explore nature and the surrounding area.

Use of the Pool and Outdoor Area
Our pool and outdoor area are available for your use. Please understand that on weekends our family uses the pool more frequently—so that we can all enjoy our time there. We ask that children always remain under adult supervision, especially in the pool area.

Noise and Quiet Hours
To ensure that all guests and neighbors can relax, we ask that you refrain from noisy activities after 10 p.m. and be considerate.

Cleanliness
Please help us keep the common areas clean and tidy. You can simply dispose of trash in the designated bins.

Safety and Responsibility
Use of the pool and other amenities is at your own risk. Parents are responsible for their children.
The fire extinguisher is in your room, and you’ll also find a first-aid kit, so we’re definitely well-prepared. Please pay attention to the safety instructions, especially in the pool area.

Guests
Please let us know in advance if you have visitors. Guests are also very welcome, and we ask that you follow our house rules.

Smokers
Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas. Please use the ashtrays and dispose of cigarette butts carefully.
